We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, for that reason we offer a 30day money back guarantee return/ exchange policy from date of purchase. If you need to return/ exchange your purchase, it should be unopened and in its original package. You may return your item(s) for a full refund of the purchase price plus any applicable sales tax within 30 days of the invoice date; or you may exchange your item(s) for different item(s), please note that the additional shipping fee will be charged to your account. For a refund, if you paid with a credit card, the debited amount will be returned to the card number/ if you paid by a check or money order, a company check will be sent to you after we have received the product.
Please note that the shipping and handling charge is non-refundable unless it is our error in shipping. We are unable to accept returns/ exchanges for merchandise(s) that have been opened or are not in their original packaging. If your purchase was made during our "Shipping Promotions", whereas orders over $25.00, shipping is FREE, and you would like to return/ exchange the merchandise, the shipping charge of $5.95 will not be credited to your account.
We ask that you contact our customer service to receive an authorization number for the items you wish to return/ exchange at (718) 494-4494 M-F 9.30AM. to 5.30 PM EST. Any returns/ exchanges that do not have an "RMA Number" and are in non-saleable/ original condition will not receive a refund and will be reshipped back to the original recipient at the recipient's expense. Once an RMA # is obtained, please securely wrap the item(s), include a packing slip, and a reason for the return so that we can expedite the return processing. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
How we process your returns
Perfumespace.com ( Scents Of Style, Inc ) does not exchange or refund on any item that has been used.You may return a fragrance, unused, within 30 days from the invoice date. We will refund the purchase price of the fragrance in your account. If a fragrance is damaged during shipment, please store the fragrance in a safe place and contact us immediately to file a claim at USPS. Please note that it is very important for you to retain the damaged product in order to file the claim. We will replace a product if defected, or any errors/mistakes made by us through out the shipping process.
